Wood Dale Road and Commercial Street TIF Study Plan
The City of Wood Dale seeks to establish a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district to serve as an economic development tool and promote the revitalization of land along Wood Dale Road and Commercial Street just north of Irving Park Road. In August 2017, the City engaged SB Friedman Development Advisors to conduct a TIF District Eligibility Study and prepare a Redevelopment Plan and Project. The City will continue to post additional information and updates as they become available.
