The Street Division is responsible for the care of streets, curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, street lighting, parkway trees, traffic signage, turf grass, and snow and ice control within the City.  We encourage all residents to call when they  find that there is a street light outage, and you can report it with the Department at, 630-787-3764.  We have 3 certified Arborist on staff, and will answer any questions you may have about trees,  and you can forward you question to the Crew Leader, Joe Avila at,

Com-Ed , Scarce,( School & Community Assistance for Recycling and Composting Education), a representative from Tree Fund Organization to answer and inform and educate on tree health and conservation, and the Police Departments very own Canine Bane.
