Residential Rental Property Registration Application

 

Renewal applications and payment for 2021 rental registrations are due by December 31, 2020 per Section 6.1605 of the Municipal Code.  Please note that a $100 penalty fee will be issued to any application received after December 31, 2020.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Each residential rental unit must be registered annually even if vacant.  The renewal process consists of completion of the application (below), payment of fees and passing an inspection. 

Answer all questions completely. Incomplete responses may delay the rental registration process.
