Currently, there is no additional fee to pay utility bill online or in-person.

Online Payment Options 

Utility Billing Only -  Citizen Self-Service

You must have a copy of your current bill in front of you in order to register.

This site allows you to view historical utility bills, receive you bill via email and to pay your bill.

When paying by credit card, you can select to enroll in recurring credit card payments, which will eliminate the need to log-in and pay manually each month.

Pay by Phone - You can pay your utility bill over the phone, by calling 630-787-3727.  You will need your Account Number and Customer ID in order for the system to locate your account.

Automatic Utility Bill Payment - You can also sign-up to have your payment taken directly out of your savings or checking account.  Simply complete the auto-debit form and submit it to the Finance Department with a voided check.

Police Ticket/Citation - To pay your police ticket/citation, click here.

In-person - You can pay in person at City Hall, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 ppm.  We accept cash, check and credit cards. 

Payment Drop Box - You can place your payment in the gray payment drop box located in the City Hall parking lot 24 hours a day.  We ask that you please do not put cash in the drop box.

Via US Mail - You can send your payment to us via the mail at 404 N Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale, IL 60191.
