Wood Dale residents can take advantage of the City’s Generator Grant Program, which assists residents with the purchase of a home generator. Generators help keep sump pumps, refrigerators, and other necessary equipment functioning in the event of a power outage. If you are interested in purchasing a generator, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the cost up to $250, or up to $400 on a permanent generator.
