The City of Wood Dale is a full waiver community, meaning that it reviews and processes all aspects of the stormwater permit process (besides floodway review, which is done through DuPage County). The City's stormwater and floodplain management ordinance can be found at Chapter 10 of the City Code.

DuPage County Stormwater Management has a wealth of information about stormwater, including floodplain maps that are used to determine if a property is located within a floodplain.
