Community Resource Information System
The CommunityPoint resource database is designed to be a comprehensive resource database. Any organization or entity meeting the Inclusion/Exclusion criteria may be included. However, the focus of the database is on those services offered to those located in DuPage County where the service meets an essential human and/or economic need. Areas targeted include: clothing and household goods, education, employment, income and financial resources, individual and family support, legal, food, health (dental, medical, mental), housing and utilities, and transportation. Agencies and services must meet all criteria, as explicitly stated within the Inclusions/Exclusion Plan, to be included in the CommunityPoint resource database.
Forest Preserve District of DuPage County - Their Mission is to acquire and hold lands for the purpose of preserving the flora, fauna and scenic beauty for the education, pleasure and recreation of DuPage County citizens. They oversee, 26,000 Acres, 166 Miles of Trails, 60 Forest Preserves, and assist 6.3 Million Annual Visitors.

Fenton High School
Fenton High School, or FHS, is a public four-year high school located in Bensenville, Illinois, located on the western border of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is the only school in Community High School District 100 and serves students from Wood Dale.

The mission of the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs (IDVA) is to empower veterans and their families to thrive. We do this by assisting them in navigating the system of federal state and local resources and benefits; by providing long-term health care for eligible veterans in our Veterans’ Homes; and by partnering with other agencies and non-profits to help veterans address education, mental health, housing, employment, and other challenges.
Wood Dale Chamber of Commerce - GOA Greater Regional Business Association
The Wood Dale Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the economic, industrial, professional, cultural, and civic welfare of businesses while giving all proper assistance to any new firms or individuals seeking to locate in Wood Dale; To support those activities believed to be beneficial to the community; To oppose those which might be detrimental; and in general, to promote the welfare of all citizens following always those policies intended to accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number.
Wood Dale Fire District
The Wood Dale Volunteer Fire Department was initially established in 1937 by 6 local residents. These residents, along with others, financed and purchased a fire station just off the corner of Wood Dale and Irving Park Road (Currently the Wood Dale Post Office). The department stayed volunteer until 1972, when it became full-time and the name changed to The Wood Dale Fire Protection District No. 1.
Wood Dale Library
All library district residents will have access to library materials and programs to encourage literacy and the joy of reading; to promote lifelong learning; and to experience a sense of community in a welcoming environment.
Wood Dale Park District
The Wood Dale Park District was organized in 1967. Encompassing a 6 mile area, the District serves most of the City of Wood Dale, portions of Elk Grove Village, Bensenville and Itasca. Wood Dale Park District serves an estimated population of 13,535 with approximately 136 acres of park land on 14 park sites. District facilities include an 18-hole golf course with driving range and banquet facility, a water park, community center and nature center.

The Mission of Wood Dale School District 7 is to collaborate with all families to implement high quality instruction and provide engaging learning experiences, empowering each student to reach their full potential, in a safe and supportive environment. Our Vision is to be an exemplary school district. Our students will be resilient, lifelong learners who strive for excellence and become engaged citizens.
