City Ordinance Chapter 15, Article XIII, Section 15.1319 prevents vehicles from being parking on streets from 2AM to 6AM.  However, the police department recognizes there may be certain times residents may have a need to leave a car on the street .  Exceptions can be made for up to 5 nights per month, per residence.
