Contractors performing work in the City of Wood Dale are required to be registered prior to permit issuance and remain current for the duration of the permit.

Plat of Survey Requirements:

Projects involving site work require a code compliant current plat of survey to be submitted with the permit application.  Projects such as replacement of an existing driveway, sidewalk or patio will require a plat of survey that is accurate (depicting all current improvements on the property) can be submitted with a signed and notarized affidavit.  Projects that add 50 square feet or more of lot coverage require a current survey (within one year of permit application).  The plat of survey must be full size (and to scale) signed and stamped by a land surveyor licensed in Illinois.
