As a courtesy to City Wood Dale residents, the Wood Dale Police Department conducts car seat safety inspections to verify that child restraint seats are installed correctly and used safely. Our child restraint seat technicians will teach the vehicle/seat owners the proper installation and use of the car seat.

The Wood Dale Police Department encourages appointments be made with one of our Community Service Officers to accommodate appropriate time is given.

Appointments may be made by calling the on duty Community Service Officer at 630-766-2060 Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. or via email at policecso@wooddale.com.
